. @Xfinity is it normal for you all to charge people for tech visits that are unavoidable after being promised a service remotely...but it doesn't work? Then when you're promised that at least half the visit will be credited back to you...it's not. Just checking.

@comcastcares I’m planning on dropping your service tomorrow. I want the ACC Network and Hulu has it while you continue to negotiate a contract. The customer service I’ve experienced with you has been lacking, to say the least. I can get the @accnetwork without you.

@punished_cait lived but of course nothing happened. Also reported him to comcast which didnt do crap that was his ISP. A month later he was back at it. I looked up yahoo hacks on youtube and found out simple cross script exploits still work to hack accounts.
